Clipped Wings (Commission)

A commission I did for tumblr user Blazer333! He writes an INCREDIBLE series of UF oneshots, which I highly recommend you go read because they are GREAT! This one his based on one of them, entitled Clipped Wings, in which Bill basically taunts Lapis and then burns her wings up because he's a dick.
